Access and Modification of Dentist Bios
Dentists understand and agree that topDentists has used its best efforts in assembling the information that appears on Search Result Pages, but is not responsible for inaccurate, out-of-date, or otherwise misleading material that may appear there, and does not assume, and hereby disclaims, any liability to any person for any loss or damage caused by errors or omissions in any Search Result Page whether such errors or omissions result from negligence, accident, or any other cause. topDentists agrees to make reasonable changes to Dentists' personal listings in a timely manner, provided that the request for changes is made in writing and signed by Dentist or Dentist's office contact.

By providing dental biographical pages, topDentists makes no representations regarding a dentist's availability or willingness to assist in any matter. The information and services offered on this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. topDentists makes no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to any information or service provided through this site or through the Internet generally; and under no circumstances will topDentists be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result in any way from persons use of or inability to use the services or any parts thereof, or persons reliance on or use of information, or services provided on or through this site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or any failure of performance. topDentists does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material accessible on this site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
2. Legal Specialization
Dentists are listed in areas of specialization according to the recommendations of their peers, not according to their own representations. A dentist's listing in a particular specialty should not be construed as a claim by that dentist. Many states require certification for dentists to claim specialties and certain specialties recognized in topDentists do not have certification programs. Those interested in the specialty certifications of a dentist should check with the dentist or with the appropriate dental society.
3. Our Services
topDentists, Inc. provides online search-and-extract access to its databases of dentists known as topDentists ("the Database"). This consists respectively of (I) dentists and dental professionals in certain metropolitan areas who have been chosen as the top in their jurisdictions in certain designated specialties by a vote of their peers. topDentists will provide access to the Databases through a search query ("Query") entered by user at topDentists's web site, www.usatopdentists.com. Each Query will consist of a state, city, and specialty designated by the user. The response to the Query ("Response") will consist of the topDentist: listings for all the dentists and specialists in the Databases who satisfy the Query criteria. A listing will consist of (I) A dentist's name, (II) the dentist's office (where applicable and available), (III) the dentist's business address, and (IV) the dentist's phone number. Together, a Query and related Response constitute a Search, regardless of the number of listings contained in the Response.
4. Ownership of Intellectual Property

5. Limitations on Use of Information
The information in this site is intended for private use by site users only. No commercial use of the information on this site may be made, and no fees may be charged, directly or indirectly, for the information in any Response, without the written permission of topDentists, except that a registered user is permitted to charge other parties for the information in a Response if similar information would otherwise be provided by the registered user and charged for in the user's regular course of business.
